1. Service Description
Global Entry Sooner (“the Service”) provides automated monitoring and rebooking of Trusted Traveler Program (Global Entry) interview appointments. The Service checks for earlier appointment availability and reschedules your existing appointment when an earlier slot is found.
2. Not a Government Service
Global Entry Sooner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or the Trusted Traveler Programs in any way. All government trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Requirements
To use the Service, you must have: (a) an active login.gov account, (b) a conditionally approved Global Entry application, and (c) an existing scheduled interview appointment. The Service reschedules existing appointments and does not create new ones.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we monitor continuously and act immediately when slots become available, we cannot guarantee that an earlier appointment will become available within any specific timeframe. Appointment availability depends entirely on the TTP scheduling system and other applicants.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment is collected at the time of onboarding before the Service is activated. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Account Credentials
You are responsible for the accuracy of the login.gov credentials you provide. By using the Service, you authorize us to authenticate with login.gov and interact with the TTP scheduling system on your behalf. All credentials are encrypted at rest.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments or changes to government systems.
